Cold,
Cold and dry,
Very dry.
But peaceful.
Calm and still,
With only the sound of the waves.
Extravagant colors were all around.
Green, yellow, orange,
And red.
Red berries, red leaves, red rocks,
Red water.
Red eyes, red face,
Red wrist.
It was so easy
And yet, so wrong.
And then the tears flowed
When her red eyes met her red stained blade.
