Choriambic meter is a line or passage built around the choriamb, a four-syllable pattern of long, short, short, long in classical verse, or stressed, unstressed, unstressed, stressed in English terms. It is rare in English poetry, where poets more often use it as an occasional rhythmic pattern than as a full meter.
