\An*nex"\, v. t. [imp. & p. p. {Annexed}; p. pr. & vb. n. {Annexing}.] [F. annexer, fr. L. annexus, p. p. of annectere to tie or bind to; ad + nectere to tie, to fasten together, akin to Skr. nah to bind.]
