Annamalai Reddiyar was a Tamil poet. He was born in Chennikulam, Sankarankoil taluk, Tirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu in 1865. His mother is Ovuammal. His father is chennavar. He was very creative in his child hood. He wrote books like kaavadisindhu, gomathi anthathi, veerai anthathi.
