Price of Hurt
I could write of love
The ache in my chest
The tightness across
Mine tender heart
When i miss you
When i so miss you
When awake i stay
Longing for you
Yet around me
A wall i have built
An impregnable fortres
No more will i hurt
I will let no one in
For letting another in
Floods my gates in emotion
And yearning for your love
I do realize now
I am hurting others
The same way you hurt I
The price we all have to pay
