In the Palm of His Hand
In life circumstances
may make you feel
you're sailing on a raging sea
may you find comfort knowing
I'm close to thee
every twist or turn
every toil or snare
whatever the situation
am with you right there
I hold on to you tight
keep you closely within my sight
when situations arise that cause
anxiety or alarm
The storm will soon pass
I will make things calm
find rest in knowing I am always there
my love is unchanging and I always care
there may be things you might not understand
but I called you by name
and will always hold you in the Palm of my hand.
