Dear Poetry soup friends
I miss my dear friends
At Poetry soup
I’ve been on the mend
And out of the loop
Times have been trying
As most of you know
Excessive crying
Can dampen one’s glow
Please let me back in
Despite time that’s passed
I need you, dear friends
And that’s all I ask
