During meditation or let us say, while watching a sunset, lovers holding hands … during such moments, we exist as awareness self-aware minus thoughts. When our default orientation becomes as such, we rest in stillness and employ thought as a; instrument only, used when needed, otherwise not. Then we imbibe wisdom from universal consciousness.
