summer weaves a cloak
 brocades of pinks and daisies ~
  tadpoles learn to swim

Excellent Sam. I especially love that word ‘brocade’ and how you have used it to describe the pinks and daisies: “richly decorative shuttle-woven fabrics, often made in coloured silks and sometimes with gold and silver threads.” Just brilliant! :) Cheers - Gary
