Notes About The Poem

Still haven't got my computer up and going. I will get it done at some point. The senryu is about my baking a peach pop-up pie recently. I was using some Splenda instead of sugar because we are both diabetic. There was this black spot in the mesuring cup of splenda and I was thinking what is that..dead ant. I then was wondering did he/she die of too much sugar, chemical poisoning, or suffocation and how in the world did the ant get in that sealed up plastic bag where there were no holes.

Hi Sara, this is funny and realistic. At times such things happen. At times I too wonder, how ants get into a tightly packed box of confectionery!
