Melatonin tea might be a better choice lol. I'm thankful I rarely experience insomnia but the few times I have it miserable. Nice take on the contest Crys

Lol much better than popcorn! My doc says it's part of menopause ugh. Melatonin works as good as anything I've found and much beer for you than sleeping pills! Ty for commenting! Xo
