A block among shells
her pale jugular, it meets;
the DNA stain —
where she breached in chosen gray,
heartache jumping in her feet.

Oh, so sad. Well written, yet terrifying and heartbreaking. The poor precious soul. My cousin made a choice, similar, and pieces like this bring back memories before the darkness won in his ending, leaving only sorrow and horror in his wake. I miss him, the earth isn't even the same at the loss of that precious soul. You wrote this well, it is haunting and deeply sad.
