When the Wisp of Id became aware out of the Void of Natural Courses it was without the controls in place. A simple design. Meant for the survival of creatures great or small to continue life and living well.
As these wisps of the past echo down through the Eons of the space time continuum they became not only aware but self governing. Developing new aspects of the thing of consciousness and mind combines to rule themselves independently of emotion and instinctual actions from each stage of life.
One such creature known as ommah began life as a wiggly oval shaped lump of protoplasm surrounded by the airy spaces it was born to abide in. The elements had merged. Alas, Ommah had no such senses to "see" these things happen as they were too small for any new being to notice.
Illumination round about this tiny being has always been. Except when it's not. There are those times in rare moments of reproducing. Sight is merely an all over sense of this illumination. Through sensitive receptors that look like nubs on ommah rather than orbs or special organs, they permeate this entire beings surface dermis like structure covering what is inside it and holding together all this beings internal living bits.
On ommah the nobs were interspersed with spikes for other purposes. Now and then something solid would fly or float nearby, rarely touched. Ommah only floated on it's bit of mist that seemed to envelope its being like a blanket of foam. This allowed movement through the airy spaces and so ommah drifted at random, never knowing where any new place was. It was all the same.
Then one very bright moment in space bumping from one glob of mist to another ommah noticed a glimmer and glow making patterns in the darkness below the sky realms of mist. Ommah felt a bump of sound like waves from this other being and spun towards it, spikes gyrating for motion control. The glimmering became pulsing high pitched sonic lights coming straight at ommah. Ommah emitted a few pulses of its own toward the strange being, since an encounter with one alike being had never occurred till now, it was instinctive response. Ommah got closer to the other and pulsed a light low sound, then the other answered back... ohhsa. So this is ohhsa, ommah glowed with wonder. Ommah was no longer alone.
In the seeming eons since ommahs conscious birth its being felt somthing new. New feelings and senses now aware of both light, sound and movement not its own. Indescribable feelings pulling ommahs being towards ohhsa until they touched. The two merged their mists together and their nobs and spikes also merged. They noticed it all. Ommah suddenly started twitching and writhing in a pleasant manner and feelings were exchanged, awareness bonded, pulsing waves enveloped like gravity until they both fell backwards a small distance and bubbles floated all around them.
Then ohhsa descended into the darkness below them and vanished. Behind ohhsa inside the bubbles were blobs of look alike beings, all like ohhsa and ommah. They floated away on the eternal breezes. Ommah neither tried to follow ohhsa nor the little beings. Feeling serene with a wonderment that was new but not strange.
