I was just talking to my friend Toughie and we have been room mates for about 10 years now. We are very close and he is so polite to me. I had my breakfast on the couch this morning and he sat in the floor until I was done and then looked up at me in his way of asking if he could get back on the couch. I called him up and told him "you are my friend you do not have to ask we share almost everything". Well I got to thinking about that statement and all of the things that we share. We share food (human food I don't eat his dog food). We share the couch and nap together and he sleeps in our bed. We even share my clothes LOL sometimes he likes to nap in the laundry basket. I bath him in the same tub that I bathe in and if I could I would take him to church to and know that he would enjoy it. We even share our emotions. When he does not feel good I don't I worry about him and when I don''t feel good he worries about me I can see it in his expression. In some ways he is smarter than me because he understands some of the words that I say but I don't understand his language at all lol. It is amazing how much we come to depend on our little friends that God sends for our comfort and a lot of us do not realize their importance in our lives. Thank you Father for my little friend he truely is a blessing sent straight from You.
