The Slinky and The YO-YO

Something to ponder, have you ever been played with?

I am making the comparrison between being a slinky or a Yo-Yo..

Hmm I have been played with so many times i am really confused as to what one I have been the most.

Upon contemplation of this I have come up with one of the perfect comparrisons that game players use when they get you into their hands.

I believe that you start out as a slinky, that way they can play you back and forth between their hands.

They start off slowly at first, passing the slinky from one hand to the other, they can feel you out much better that way. As they get to know the feeling of your spring by playing with you for a while, they then start getting better control of the slinky and increase the speed. They can then really get your spring moving back and forth between their hands.

More time goes by, and then they start some tricks. They can put the slinky on the stairs and watch it going down without using their hands.

It has become more of a mind game..They will do all sorts of tricks with the slinky, they will set up other obstacles in the path of the slinky and watch it tumble and fall from whatever objects that have been put before it.

By then they have mastered the art of playing with the slinky and become bored. Now they reach for the Yo-Yo. That only requires one hand and it gives them one free hand.

They get really great with the Yo-Yo, they can really manipulate it so that it rolls right back, tossing it in various directions and have it come rolling back into the one controlling hand.

They can even put their hand in their pocket and still play with the Yo-Yo, there they might have another toy to play with at another time, when the yo yo becomes too easily controlled . It is left somewhere like the slinky to be played with again at another time.

Game players like to have a lot of different toys...

They become great collectors, they usually have them stored in different places, so that wherever they are , there is a toy.....

They are great strategists... That is the name of the game, to master whatever toy that they can get into their hands...
