The Healthy Information Understanding Act

"I can tell you exactly how to but that is not my responsibility,” the professor stood in front of the full undergraduate communicators who paid to be intellectually stimulated. Putting down blackboard chalk the lecturer observed with a keen eye everybody collecting their belongings ready for another activity on their assignment list,

Do not forget to read the chapter Oprah and Phil Donahue wrote about journalism,” the information academic added not knowing if anyone even heard a word.

After all the patrons left the auditorium Dunes Bury started the desk cleanup obligation morally required before the next grouping entered the hall deemed a priority at the State University Campus. Now overflowing the briefcase purse was clutched by its handler who snuck passed the mass contingent of young adults assembling for the next hour-long learning experience.

“Oh, Dr. Kill Dare,” Dunes Bury greeted the replacement ready for podium occupation, “how are you doing today.”

“I am fine Dunes Bury and you can quote me on that,” Dr. Kill Dare replied, “how are you doing today?”

“Healthy, not wealthy and I think I am wise,”

Smiling Dr. Kill Dare continued a watchful glance as the students dressed in white uniform lab coats took their seats in the theatrical classroom.

Moments later a student who just spent the last sixty minutes listening to Dunes Bury approached the educator, “Professor Bury,”

“Yes,” an answer was rendered.

“When do you state you are a reporter?”

It was then the pair only a few feet away could hear the health care audience raise the curtain on what was on the syllabus.

“Today we will discuss how to obtain and distribute sensitive private medical data,” Dr. Kill Dare started the monologue speech, “I can tell you exactly how but that is not my responsibility.”
