EPISODE 6 – LOVE SIDE OF THE COIN 2

So what happened next? Yeah! This was what happened next.

I started going to the room regularly with the sole aim of seeing my heart desire and so I was always looking for every opportunity of getting closer to her and as God will have it, at last, I had an amazing opportunity of hanging out with her.

So on this particular night, she was looking really different with her temple making read thick water run into the sacred pipe. I said to myself “tonight na tonight.” Asking her out was like writing a 6 units course of White house with Yellow house lecturer as invigilator, but all thanks to God, it was a successful operation that later ended in total failure. As usual, “I will be thinking about it” was what she said, just like her predecessors. Instead of telling it straight to my face that she was not interested at that same minute, she made me write poems, she made me dream about her , in short she put me in an emotional Bermuda where I got lost in her love and after a lot of persuasion and diplomatic/romantic negotiations she later said “can’t we just be friends?” and I said, “If I wanted her as a friend, I would not have asked her out”

To the glory of God, that night was the night I gave up on love, insomnia came over me like never before and the hope of love in the room was dashed, then the adventures continued.
