Wondering half awake in sleepy saunter who is ringing the doorbell? Why so very early at 7:55am on a weekend break?

Clara is first to the front door with a stern desire to scold that impolite delivery man for such an irritating sleep-intrusion. Just when baby Axel is just about to take his after-feed and post playtime nap!

A quick drowsy glimpse through the peephole reveals the almost impossible Saturday surprise! "Who's there?"

Fumbling for the front door keys from the tray, and quickly opening the front door and grille gate, irritation morphs into instant exhilaration. Shock follows happy banter, hugs and kisses.

"Baby Axel, your daddy's home!"

Yes! Champy's dad just arrived home after a long flight from Canberra. Just to see daddy's little boy. And to spend three days at home. Isn't life wonder-full or what?

What a pleasant and totally unexpected surprise for us all this Saturday morning on the 6th day of October! Life can surely be lived deliciously on the verge of an unexpected homecoming trip. And who says the truth will not set you free?
