Autumn Nights
fireflies glimmer happily, inspiring joy
night breathes promises of a sweet melody
peaceful and soothing, coloring dreams to enjoy
in hues of laughing lights, creativity
autumn beauty captures dusk, endless fires
of painted leaves, brilliant whispers of music
rustling through the forest on gentle desires
lingering in the heart, prayers for the soul
love mistakes night opening perfect quiet
upon the peaks of mountains who haunt dreams
with amazing hopes kindled so hearts never diet
but fall swiftly and softly like rain, calming
dawn erases furious glories, harmony inciting
along the waves of amber, glorious gold and mahogany
swells of color praising the creator for His writing
on the creation - world full of light, laughter and love
