Confusion

Confusion sets in
I swallow all hope,
Cant figure it out
how do I cope?

Can I love?
Do I truly care?
Feeling so numb
Yet they are there.

What do I do?
What do I say?
Why even try?
When it brings pain?

Is it love?
Or maybe lust?
Maybe its real
Or maybe its bust.

I once loved her
but yet growing cold.
im tired of the fighting
Im getting to old.

I try to talk
explain how i feel.
She don't listen
its no big deal.

Some things are left
Better alone.
I would give up
If I could know.

How do you love
When you only hate?
She tries so hard
But yet its all fake.

I see through her
Like crystal water.
why even try?
Why even bother?

Or maybe its me
Where the problem persist.
I try but yet
Im not ready for this.

I don't know where
it is going.
Or at all where
It will end.
