Whisper of Your Voice
As I stood outside the whisper of your voice was strong.
I could tell your intentions were for the better.
After all you were building my future right before my eyes.
I had to consider all the possible outcomes.
However, your horse deep voice makes me forget everything I thought I knew.
For my greater good, I took your hand.
As we ran into the sunset I look behind me and remember the life I left behind.
