Moments of Madness

Moments of madness
memories of times past
can consume or set free
the incentive
for possibility
Random acts of uncontrolled will
bring with it passion
or times ill
if we can rise 
after we've fallen 
and stand with hope renewed
then for the moment 
we have beaten the odds 
and will win 
rather than lose
