You Knew How I Felt

I had never felt that way before,
You knew this, but left me wanting more.
And as soon as you left-
I wept and wept,
Tears of frustration and love, i felt so alone,
How I should have known.
You stopped caring,
Although you lied and said you did,
And i could wait if I wanted?
But what use would that be to me?
What about the other girls?
So insincer are you,
So uncaring about how i feel.
