Friends
the knife was my only friend
we would have dates on my wrist
and it would leave scars as memories
he had a friend called depression
he gave me a bottle of pills as a present
he said the present would make me feel better
they knew someone named loneliness
he said he would be my friend
until he left
then i met love
she made everyone go away
she was my real friend
sometimes my friends would visit
but they wouldn't stay long
for i didn't need them anymore
