The Loves of My Life

The loves of my life are all I think about,
They are in my dreams and show me what life is all about.
They rule my thoughts and they control my tears,
They take away my breath and my fears.
They control my heart, my mind, my speech,
Without them my world would pick up and leave.
They are like rays of sun shining down on my body,
Without them I could never again love anybody.
The loves of my life will grow old with me and always hold me tight,
They will always be sure to let me know when I’m wrong and when
I’m right.
The loves of my life are my other half and my son,
One is my best friend the other depends on me and will forever be
my little one.
When either one cries, my shoulder they do cry upon,
I hold them tight and tell them life will go on.
When they look at me I smile at them,
When they laugh, I laugh with them.
They both glow bright with the sun,
Bryan’s loud blue eyes speak with tears for his love.
David’s loving touch helps me get through it all,
I know with both their hands they can catch me when I fall.
Forever they will be the loves of my life and owner’s of my heart,
Forever they will own me and held up by them I shall never fall apart.
