I want to wake up with you by my side
Smiling as you hold me close
I want to take walks with you in the cold
And use your arms for heat
When the sun sets, orange and pink
Begins to dance on the water
And sparkle on the green grass
I want to look into your brown eyes
Not just that, but hear your voice, see your smile
Feel my heart beat faster and faster
I want to see you every day
Showing me how much you care
Even at my worst moments
Fat, ugly, stupid all the things I call myself
And you make me feel the total opposite
You make me smile, and laugh the hardest
You’ve filled the black hole in my chest
I want to have so many memories
And for us to last forever
The good times we have
And my pain is gone, lost
I want to tell you, you’re the only one
And you’re my medicine, my cure
I want to spend hours with my head on your chest
And watch the day go by
I hate to seem clingy, but you’re my favorite
Person to spend time with
I want to lay with you and all my thoughts
And listen to your heart beat fast or slow
Just wait, to see what will become
