What Is Love?

Who knew that I would grow to love this stranger?
A man of mystery and such devotion,
of looks so fair my eyes can't help but linger.
I feel as though I've drunk love heady potion.
So what then can we say is truly love?
It's something to uplift our deeps feelings.
And it brings peace to souls on wings of doves
And with serenity gives hearts their healing.
But love can also leave hearts cruelly broken.
While others think its just a word to mock.
Hearts learn to leave their truest words unspoken
and keep their strong emotions safe on lock.
I know my mystery love will bring me pain.
But I will always know Love is just a game.
