The First Kiss of a New Life
I told him of my wants and needs,
And he assured me of its complete,
He can give it to me and more,
And he showed his openness,
And sealed to me his promise,
With a kiss,
He felt all of me,
And believed in all of my serenity,
I was wanted,
And in this very moment,
My wants became his need,
To give a new life to me,
And if the last second of his kiss,
I gave myself to him,
Mind body and spirit.
