One Day

As I sit here tonight,
I miss you so much,
I want to be with you,
For it’s your face I want to touch.
Is it your deep and continuous smile?
Or you’re big revealing eyes?
I can seem to decide,
What my heart really feels inside.
Is this love I feel?
Or is just a phase?
I want to find a path that leads me directly in your way.
And when you call me beautiful or just smile at my face,
This warm sensation covers me just like a wave of grace.
I lye in my bed at night and wonder what you’re thinkin?
Are thinkin of your past or is it of me that you’re dreamin?
I love you deeply completely and honestly,
And I’m asking for your hand,
So take mine too, and hold on tight,
One day you’ll understand
