Ten To Zero

Ten feet down in this never-ending hole,
Only to find out I am still all alone.
Nine more steps backwards in the wrong direction,
It feels like I'm always sitting in a messed up section.
Eight years later I am still stranded,
I feel like I never really landed.
Seven deadly sins that caught me fast,
My innocence taken and I won't last.
Six seconds of chaos makes me crazy,
My vision is blurry and quite hazy.
Five more reasons to quit trying,
Every minute more I am still dying.
Four days later I still repeat the same cycles,
My hands hurt and feel like icecyles.
Three times I've loved them,
 Now I am just broken.
Two words I wish I would have spoken.
One day I'll be out of this hole, and maybe
  My light will have control.
Zero ways to make you understand.
