Ride the Monkey

Well there's no whiskey

And I ain't got no wine

It's just me, alone all the time

But if you see me passing by

Won't you stop and say "Hi"

Cause I'm tired and I'm lonely

And I'm so scared no one will ever know me

You see, I ain't got no love

There's nothing burning inside

Ain't got no friends

There's no one to confide

But there's this road, cold and black

And a feeling to go, and never look back

Just keep running until I can find

A little more whiskey, and some more wine
