My Beautiful Day Dream

I miss you so much
I feel like a huge part of me flew away with you the day you left
Nobody likes to be alone
I dont know if I've ever been so lonely
The day you went away
It was rainy and dark
The tears filled my eyes lilke a heavy fog
Since you've been gone
One tear has lingered in each of my eyes
The fog has yet to lift
I can't see clearly
Colors apear faded and dull
I walk, dazed and blind
I know paople are near
but the heavy cloud
So close
I wouldn't know where to reach out if i tried
The one thing I have left is my ability to hear your voice
I can close me eyes
And the tears finally flow
Your voice i sthe light behind my eyes
That makes them sparkle from the inside out
The fog finally lifts when i open my eyes
And i can see your face again
My eyes swell with tears
And the fog falls again
I close my eyes
Trying to make it rush away
but when I open them
All I see is the sky
I single tear rolls down my cheek,
That's all i can ever manage,
As i realize i was only day-dreaming
I close my eyes once more
listen to your voice from the ear peice
And try to hold on to my beautiful day dream.
