How You Broke My Heart

I remember like it was yesterday, the day that I met you.
I had such a crush on you, and yet you had no clue.
Life had taken us on different paths, with hopes to meet again.
Many years had come and gone, but somehow fate did win.
We fell in love, or so I thought, and happiness drew blind.
Blind to all the vishious lies, for it wasn't love that I did find.
Lies and infidelities, you had covered all your tracks.
You cannot hide from the truth, when you find mere facts.
I've stood by through many things, things you shouldn't do.
All I've ever asked in return, is honesty from you.
We can never move on from this, without it tearing us apart.
You will never understand, how much this broke my heart.
