The Lords Journey For Us
In the middle of an ordinary life
When nothing is perfect and nothing goes right
It seems so unreal that this could be true
The Lord set a path leading to you
Over the worries and through the fears
Climbing the heartbreaks, swimming the tears
Running and searching and being alone
When will this journey cease being my own
Finally the Lord agreed with you too
And brought her to him and him to you
This Journey is one that you two will share
Though the worries and fears won't go anywhere
You'll have each other to lean on
through thick and through thin
And when life gets hard you'll look up at Him
