Why I Love You
We were one for a time.
We were young and silly,
Thought that we could rule the world.
We loved each other with our whole selves,
Somewhere we lost that love.
We have had our share of broken hearts
And broken trusts.
Yet here we are standing strong.
Your eyes have always made me feel loved,
Your smile has always warmed my heart.
You've made me happy, sad and yes
you have even made me mad.
You have always done it with care
and alot of love.
Our hearts have found their way home,
our hearts are as one again.
Your my friend, my lover,
My one and only.
