Sandi Yak With a Monkey on Her Back

Sandi Yak with a Monkey on Her Back

Once in a land that is super cold, lived a Yak that is super old.

She had a monkey that lived on her back, and his name was mischievous Jack.

Sandi was mad because she thought she had been wronged, and mischievous Jack just egged it on!

He told her things that filled her with rage and her response was inappropriate given her age.

Any old yak who would just think it through would know that forgiveness was the right thing to do.

I had heard she was once a nice old yak, until she got this monkey that lived on her back.

Now she is angry, vile, and mean, not like any nice yak I have ever seen!

The weight of this monkey made her health worse, and she should have known better because she was a nurse!

All this hate, anger, and strife alienated those she loved from her life.

The madder she got, the worse things became and now those relationships were never the same.

Learn this lesson from Sandi the yak before you lose things you can never get back!

It is OK to get mad but then you need to let go, tell that monkey to hit the road.

If you find forgiveness you can move on, before all that you care about is lost and gone.

But, if you continue with misery and sorrow, you will be the only one without a tomorrow!
