Beautiful Entrance
Pain searing through me;
My energy flowing away free,
Drained to the core,
I did not know if I could take more.
Exhausted and weary;
So very bleary,
I wanted to just halt;
To cease my body from this assault.
There was no stopping this journey;
My path was set and stormy,
Onwards my fate was set.
I could not quit just yet.
I felt as though I had died so many times;
Yet, my body suffered through its hurting crimes,
Flowing through my body like chains of fire;
Burning my flesh with its dark desire.
Just when I felt I lost;
That this battle had cost,
My life and my soul;
I finally reached my goal.
Your cry was like a baby lamb;
Your life penetratated through like a broken dam,
Your little screams so astounding;
I felt my heart pounding.
Finally my little girl was born,
And even though I was so worn;
I could not stop looking at your beauty,
I was complete; I done my duty,
My daughter had breathed in her life,
My joy was rife.
I cried with joy:
So happy you was not boy!
