The Devil
Loneliness but with people around me,
Mistakes made that can't be corrected,
The Damage that has been done to people you had close to you at one point,
You always felt such a rush of goodness,
But this you feel no more,
How can this make you feel so elated and comfortable to begin,
Like being wrapped in something warm and soothing,
To make you now feel this comfort for only seconds,
And to regret it from that point on,
Feeling the opposite, discomfort and cold,
What am I,
I am the devil,
Feeding on people like he intends,
Where is the angel,
No where to be seen,
Now it is darkness no light at all,
It goes through your family like a hurricane,
Wiping everything out in its sight,
What you have left you may not have much longer,
You love and love with all your heart,
The devil keeps pulling you back,
Keep fighting,
The devil will not win
The angel and the love will make sure they
win xxxxxx
