The Love Story

Love is a beautiful thing,
but not as beautiful as you.
You fell from the heavens and it didn’t hurt,
cause I was there to catch you.
You know loving you is my hobby,
but it’s time I be your hubby.
I have built a castle in my heart,
and spared a room for you.
My life was a puzzle and you were the missing piece,
I found you and its now complete.
It’s hard to love but you made it easy for me.

People say the sky is the limit,
but our love knows no bounds.
From the heavens to the waters of the earth,
It’s the only thing that exists.
This love knows no pressure,
because you are precious, cheers to that!
Scientifically your heart belongs to you,
but because of love, it belongs to me.
Nothing is greater than a mother’s love,
But this love has defied that law cause it’s the greatest.
It’s hard to love but you made it easy for me.

The world lies when it says love is blind,
because I only have eyes for you.
My promise has always been never to fight you,
instead I will fight for our love.
If you argue with me, I won’t argue back,
but kiss your soft tantalizing lips.
If you point a finger at me, I won’t break it,
I will put a ring on it and marry you.
If you kick me, I will fit a shoe on your foot,
because you lost one in the Cinderella story.
It’s hard to love but you made it easy for me.
