Delicate Candle
A candle is so delicate.
The smallest gust of wind,
could knock it down.
Yet,
the fastest spark,
could light it up,
and allow it to shine on.
If the tunnel you're in, is dark,
just remember this,
if the wind knocks you down,
stay down, and let it pass. . .
But once that gust of wind stops,
spark your candle again,
and bounce up higher, than before.
That gust may come again. . .
And again . . .
because it knows how delicate,
that candle is,
to knock down.
Yet, as delicate as your candle may be,
you still have a wick.
Just keep it lit, and glowing,
and you will always have a little light,
to guide you through, no matter how dark,
or bright.
