Autumn

A cool autumn morning leaves are dropping from the trees
different colours Red orange yellow brown and green
How beautiful to look at it’s such a wonderful scene

Dogs are running after squirrels on the grass
I do admire this autumn
Sadly it doesn’t last

Spiders in their webs
Birds quiet in their nests
I can now see a bird it’s a little robin red breast
Dancing around like a little performer
She’s staring at me
I really do adore her

Turning to the roads
A sweeper is here
Sucking up those dropped off leaves
Until they all disappear

It’s such a beautiful day everything is so pretty
I just love autumn time in this busy city
