Anxiety

Anxiety
(2/29/2020)

Stress.
Uncertainty.
Depression? No.
I got this.

/Stress./
/Uncertainty./
/Depression, yet? Sure.../
But I got this.

*Static*
Anxiety.
My mind is too loud.
If I can calm it down, I’ll be okay.

What did you say?
/What did *I* say?/
I’m sure I said that...
It’s okay.

Everyone is too loud.
Stress.
*Static*
My head is hurting.

Everyone is upset with me.
Uncertainty.
*Static*
My body is hurting.

I truly have no one.
Anxiety.
*Static*
My chest is hurting.

Stress.
Uncertainty.
Depression? Yes.
/I still got this./
