Welcome Fall

Welcome Fall

Summer is fun,
But fall is approaching
And you are done.
Bring out your warm clothing
And your pumpkin spice lotion

Fall is here,
Wave summer goodbye.
Bring out the good cheer
And the Apple pie.
Oh how I love the fall sky!

I adore your name, Kansas. I have to say this right off the bat. Your poem could have come out of any of the midwestern states - Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, but I feel like they may have originated from Kansas. I am so glad fall is approaching. this is a really welcoming poem, and shows a love for fall, which I think is very nice.
