My Place

Dark place, Dark space
Here the time I squander,
Feeling listless, no emotion,
As my thoughts do wonder,

Here I ponder, hear me ponder,
Silent whispers to myself,
"Let me out. I gotta get out",
To preserve my mental health

Where's the light and where's the tunnel
All I'm feeling is distress,
I just want to get away,
Release the pain, Escape the stress
