Friendship

These moments are frozen
Our memories suspended in perfect euphoria
	For we have been chosen
To share these precious times, vivid phantasmagoria
	With you my heart flies
Vertigo crashes over me
	Adventure in our eyes
In the dead of night we run with glee

Celeste skies crowned with creamy clouds
Dawdling daisies and woodland crowds
Unshackled, our youth is truly freed
Together, spinning in an endless melody
You know my soul like the back of your hand
	Emotions in an overwhelming ecstasy
Moments as small as grains of sand

No matter how far we are apart,

We’ll never be separated in heart.

Urgent Desideratum

We are the keepers of hills
Of creeks and rivers and savannahs
Yet the shrills
Of the afflicted echo throughout the world
Filling Earth’s threshold with painful noise
We sleep amidst the desperate cries
Of animals, lands and skies, though
We percede to slumber, to lie still whilst
Scorched trees succumb to our relentless inferno
Now the birds and heavens fly low
From our polluted breaths
Our waste infects the light,
blights the world with deathly whispers
An endless fury of fire and smog
Until this world is crippled and blind
Now when will we realise, when will we find
Will we only know when the stars align?
That our world is dying, injured, and paralyzed

But there is a way to stop it, to save this kind,
Enchanting world
But we have to wake up

Fallen Angel

Broken wings and bruised flesh
Salty tears and shallow breaths
Scattered hope beyond the veil
Restless winds and stormy gale
At dawn faith stood strong
Whilst dusk sang tragic songs
Of a desperate cry, a
Shout for help, as her
Eyes look up to heaven
While her fate is sealed

Legends

Swinging swords and drawing bows
only the greatest of those
are remembered, written in stone by
the ones to whom legends were shown

Courage, prosperity and strength
words given to those who went the length
who sacrificed themselves for others, united
together as if brothers;

We call them legends,
the saints that defied foes
saviours that heaven chose
to protect us from death
keeping us from his fatal breath

“I salute thee” we proclaim,
“Eternity will remember thine name”
