Ghost

Ghost

Living with ghost of yesterday's past

holding on won't bring them back,

moving on doesn't mean you forget,

but allows your broken heart to heal.

Keep the good memories, Let the bad

good go because there's someone out

there that needs what's lifted of you.

Pull yourself together, Dry your eyes,

let go of yesterday's past, love what's

in front of you before it's to late, and

become ghosts we wish could have back.

Passion of the Heart

I see something within something,
That's been unrecognized?
You've been cut so deep all that's,
Lift is the scars to be healed?
You have so much passion in you,
I see this everywhere, it's written all,
Over you like ink that leaves a tattoo?

Yes I know your pain is real feels,
Like your heart is shredded into,
A thousand pieces as you feel like,
You will never recover?
One day all the pain you feel,
"Right now" will go aways you will,
No longer hurt you'll be free and learn,
To love again, feel again, most of all,
Have peaces within your soul?
If you shall cry it will be alright it's tears,
Of feelings that been over looked?

Birthday Boy

when my hopes and dreams are running away from me and my pain sets in, I look to you for the answers? when I've lost my way and think there's no way back, I look to you for your help because you never look away you're always there no matter what I do or say you. always have faith in me when I don't have faith in myself. you never judge me or forsaken me. you're always there with your gentle love and care?

Togetherness

Today is fulfilled with laughter,
Sounds of happiness spreading
Everywhere through the house....

The joyfulness of my family
Surrounding the dinner table,
Talking eating, telling how
there day went. So meaningful
To have that as of part of my life?

As the house gets quiet everyone's
Off to bed I kiss them goodnight on
On their foreheads. "I'm grateful to
have this privilege. God has blessed,
Me in so many ways. I say my prayers
And give him thanks, I'm off to bed on
This beautiful night?

Destroyed

life sometimes can be a tornado.
breaks you into little bitty pieces.
I know the storm has to end until,
and hold on with everything, you've
got in you? The sun will shine once,
Again. When it does we rebuild what
was destroyed. there's no way to repair,
What was lost will recover and put the
pieces back together that onces was?

What If I Believe

What if we believe in the power of dreams?
In the magic that flows through our hopeful schemes.
What if each sunrise brings light to our fears?
A canvas of colors to paint through the years.

What if we dared to step into the light?
To chase after visions that spark our delight,
What if the world is as bright as we choose?
And every lost moment is a chance we can use.

What if we gather our courage to share?
The dreams tucked away, the positions laid bare.
What if our voice united, resounds?
Let's create a chorus where people can find love.

What if we rise when the shadows grow long?
Finding strength in each other, in the heart of our song.
What if we nurture the seeds that we sow?
With kindness and laughter, watch them beautifully grow.

Imagine if we perceive the journey as magnificent.
With each twist in the path, a new story is at hand.
What if we trust in the path that we make?
And find joy in the moments, for our own spirit's sake?
