Coleen Dirk Poem
Insanity retrieved by memories
consuming all the space
Loud and sharp and chaotic
Foreign to solitude and peace
Remember you told me
You always promised still
Things so hard will never be
When devoured by complacentcy
Nothing changes, distance and degree
delaying things we desired to pursue
Hard to change or hang onto
Falling back into the way we knew
Believing and hoping this time
Changes nothing, it' just the same
Washing our hearts white
Still Dark debrie lingering
Sound minds for just a season
They slipped Far away to stay
Gripping the familiar
The way we were and will ever stay

Coleen Dirk Poem
releasing veins,opening wounds.
weaved in lies, Counterfeit beliefs
truth isn't truth, just let it be
purging tombs, tormenting me
lingering so very long
Fearing screams, muffled cries
Familiar comforting whats left inside
The higher embracing them
Entangled pain, body memories
vulnerable, rare clarity
Rest In Peace, never true
Run fast, run fast It's so near
Reducing loss, discovered least of me
Awakened emerging fleshly cells
Standing still holding my own hand
Red blood spilling, healing souls
