Just Here Poem
To start, when I wake up in the mornings,
You are one of the very many thoughts inside my head.
But, you are not the first.
We are not in love, we are in lust.
You need healing, I need healing.
Both broken by others,
yet drawn to each other like dust to distilled air.
Distilled air,
just like the oxygen between us,
yet, i can still breathe without you.

Just Here Poem
I once glanced into brown eyes,
where there were many things to hide.
I moved on to green eyes,
which withheld nothing but lies.
Was encaptured by blue eyes,
yet they left me out to dry,
like my skin in the sun after I reside in the ocean.
I then became fond of hazel eyes,
with a sparkle of all the colors.
I then saw my home,
to where I will love & will die.
For I have found life within those hazel eyes.
