Strong You Are

With little to spare
My heart still beckons
To love and to hold
Love is purified amber and sweet
Fortune is an even , never render
For tomorrow is bright strong you are

Her Head Held High

Alone she walks, her head held high
To her the crowd is indomitable,
With determination and vigor she smiles unwittingly
Never to anticipate her heart is full of torment
Bruised by the thorns in her life, she obscures her cicatrix
With make up, cloaking her beauty and grandeur ,she walks with her head held high

In My Dreams

In my dreams i adhere so freely its peaceful,
In my dreams i follow my veins red life that might stream again,
In my dreams i see the wind embracing and whispering o poem,
In my dreams love is nostalgia mystically charmed,
In my dreams i relay my life in enchanted sweet mellow,
In my dreams i scribble whats so deep in my heart that tomorrow will not contemplate,

My dreams are of you twirled in my heart.

Life Is Misty

The road ahead seemed so bright,
then i woke up the sun upsurged over the horizon,
My feet excited and tingling to run outside the fields ,
The air unblemished the morning is fresh and full of life,
The birds dance retro with hope and bliss in there smiles.
Life is misty full of intent , my mind contemplates as the morning recommence.

Like Deja Vu

Early in the morning , she passed by me
My heart despondent with her allure smile,
She is naturally dismayed
A doddering newspaper on the floor captures her distinct eyes,
For a few seconds , like a scholar ,she reads without distortion
She carries with her memories , uncharted dreams , pain and the little she knows about life.
Though from a wealthy family , the cream dela cream of the neighborhood
Maniacal for the past 25 years caused by the never ending feuds of her family
Well vast and educated her mind is oblivious of today's world
As a ritual she walks past what used to be creme dela creme of her family properties , abandoned alone in her own little world
In the evening she returns to what she used to call paradise, empire family life,
In reality a six bed roomed mansion stands in ruins , she shares it with rodents that she calls family tightly held to her chest is a teddy bare that she calls molly , her only friend , once in a while good Samaritans pass by with food and clothing , Not even the neighbors the so called amigos pass by to help her , molly is the only confidant she has.
Like Déjà Vu the cycle continues never to relent her world is
plundered and my heart is in dismayed of what society has become.

Robbed At a Tender Age

She plays with her tiny fingers, closely held on the rough walls of there small little mud thatched house, her deep brown angelic eyes gazed into mine, an innocent smile, happy, blissful unaware of the ghetto mayhem, with no shoes she walks by and says hello, , she looks at me with her innocent eyes she is all alone, with no one to hold her, care and love, orphaned at a tender age of 3, living with her 7 siblings, the world has robbed her of her childhood dreams, she bends down and ask me if she can clean my shoes for 5 shillings, with tears in my eyes, robbed at a tender age.

Autumn

My need unrelenting,
Alone in our misty blues,
Yet the seasons autumn,
The reality still beckons hello,
Life is mysterious , embrace unfolded,
Nevertheless we aspire for the best to seep deep into mellow hearts

When One Loves

Love is like ones pedigree given utterly,
When one loves life seems to move in slow motion,
When one loves you tend to have merriment of different emotions that makes you feel accolade.,
Love beckons beyond your mind , beyond your soul but mostly love is ensnared in ones heart.

When one loves your hearts , body and soul are pirouetted perpetually.
