Your passionate words took over me and to anything

And the way you made my hair twist and the way you made my toes curl
I said yes
Or when you held my hand
Oh! I do understand
I said yes
Your positive aura asks me do I want more of….

Before giving in this was set for me to win

Taking me everywhere
Giddy here and there

Don’t Hate
I’m just being me
From the tips of the strands of my hair
And the smile in my alluring eyes
Don’t hate, I’m just being me
And when I walk with my head held high
With every step and shakes in my curved thighs
Don’t hate, I’m just being me
Or how about when I’m not feeling too good
And I may come off heavy and strong
Don’t hate I’m just being me
Like sometimes when things are crazy and disarrayed
But I scratch and claw to get everything straight
Don’t hate I’m just being me
Even when I’m voicing my opinion
And it is important to me because I’m on a mission

Or when I choose to do what you are too afraid to do
And my motto is you have nothing to loose

Lord, Lord
Lord, Lord come to me
your love is all I need
You’ve restored my soul and paid the fee
now grace and mercy is my greed
Lord, Lord You’re always on time
to straighten it out and untie the binds
Freeing me from the grim and grind
making all of Yours all of mine
Lord, Lord have mercy on my soul
from the time I was born until I’m old
Now from sin I am paroled
because You are the one in control
Lord, Lord heal my sick
and from temptation I will switch
Near or far You and I will clique
all that is good that You have picked
Lord, Lord me give me peace
and my love for You will never decrease
Through Your love I will increase
uncertainty and doubt I now release
Lord, Lord never leave my side
to You I am open I will not hide
Hold accountable the tongues that lie
with the strength that only You provide
Lord, Lord Your peace is still
across the land and over the hills
this could only be done by Your will
the love cup of beauty that You fill
Lord, Lord I am yours
from all You do I am floored
I am awed and it is You I explore
check in with the Lord I implore
Lord, Lord I can hardly wait
for You to complete the number eight
Lock evil away behind the gate
so that there will be no more hate
Lord, Lord God’s only son
Sun up to sun down all the good He’s done
Hands are tightly gripped and no one is shunned
away from the King, The Powerful One

Without Love
Without love there is no laughter and joy is never in sight
Without love nothing matters and pain is welcomed to gripe
Without love compassion is unheard of breaking all the rules
Without love is ruthless and the acceptance of fools
Without love there is no escape the sky cries to the heavens
Without love only hate lonely hearts can never mend
Without love mankind isn’t kind
Without love pain is all you’ll ever find

If loving you is wrong….
The way you hold your head to the side when you speak to me
I love
Or when you say my name say my name when everyone’s around
I love it
And when you place my hands in yours indicates that you are with me
I love that
Saying what you feel in song or poetry brings tears to my eyes
and I love that too
Bringing me down to my knees while you are on your knees makes me scream
Oh how I love that
The way your scrumptious tongue rolls when you speak your native accent drives me wild
I love it
Happy is what Pharrell sings and what I feel when you sing to me
I love that
The connection between us is a force of nature not to be tampered with
I love that too
I crave to be with you, turning me out making me your love junky
I love
We belong together I can feel it and I know you can too
I love all the more
Being together is a perfect fit the match is on point
and I love that
Nobody but The Almighty worked this out for you and I and He said it is ok
I love you
There’s nobody out there that I can see you are the man for me
I love love love

Lion
I am what I am
I am a man
And as straight as I stand
All of what I know I do the best I can
But…
Lamb
I am made of similar design
Proportioned and fit
Created by the Creator

Lion
There is a job that I must do
And at times confusion steps in
And I’m not sure on which ones to choose
But right or wrong I had to make a move
Lamb
I have things to do too
Bearing a creation of our lives just to name a few
Responsible for a healthy happy home
The center of the earth is where my base is from
Lion
Lamb may not think that I don’t remember
About the way she would lay on me, the lion, together
I’m not trying to give her frost
It’s just that I am busy being at a lost
Lamb
It’s not that I don’t appreciate all for me he does
In fact I love it all day craving for more
But his stranger statuesque halts me at the door
Lion
I’d let her in all the way if I could
But all I need her to do is give me some time
And all the way I promise I would
I’ll be all hers and she’ll be all mine
Lamb
Time
Time runs on time all the time
Who what where and how you spend is what makes the difference
Time is what it’s all about but time also runs out
Lion
That is why I have to do what I have to do
Make it what it is for me and you
And all the pleading won’t help the situation
It only adds fire to my frustration

I am still here right alongside of you
I am struggling but trying too
Hanging on for dear life
While kicking fiercely to get through

My Lover’s Moon
Captivating glow cascading over his body
I blush as I stand there watching
My lover’s moon is out tonight
And I am his star
His hand reaches for mine
Our fingers lock
Activating a hypnosis
Seeping into each other
Exploring each other’s worlds
Taking mental pictures as we go
Enjoying the ride because it is the only one that exist
It’s the only one important enough to get the attention

I thought you were bright and real
Like the sun you see but cannot touch
I thought that there was a vibe true surreal
But that was just too much

Don’t put your arms around me
Displaying phony comfort
Trying to convince me that everything’s going to be alright
Houdini, I’ve seen this trick before

Busted bloody lips, swollen black eyes & a variety of blue bruises
That stands out menacingly
For everyone to see
Not the gentleness of I love you

I Love You
When you look at me the passion that lies within your beautiful eyes
Confirms my suspicion of the way you feel
You can’t deny it baby because you know it’s real
My once shattered world began to fall into place
Our locked eyes and engaged this free space
Embraced in a different kind of way
This does not happen every day
This has got to be an illusion, a trick
This has got me blind, I just don’t get it
I think cupid got something to do with this
Shooting when I wasn’t looking
Falling into your arms wanting to drown in you forever and a day and night
Our silhouette forms as one in the silvery moon light
